when you enter a payment in Mass Payments, can the "all Charges" button be red if there is an old pledge? Currently, it is only red if there is no pledge for the current campaign.

In Fundraising, when applying a payment, it would turn red only if there are no outstanding pledges for the current payment campaign. We would like it should be red even if there is a pledge that matches with the payment campaign so we can see that there are outstanding pledges for other campaigns as well.
