Option to save CIR Medical Form Or Main Page as PDF

We have added an option to save the downloaded attachments as a PDF.

To add the setting, go to the administration screen and choose from the options menu, Admin > Add Setting.

The setting name is CIRAttachFile, and the setting is not per user.

Enter pdf in the popup.
