Add submitted checkbox in jounal tab

Can you please add a submitted checkbox in the journal tab, making a total of 3 checkbox columns. I'll be able to keep much better track that way thanks

Most people keep track by using the ad status so they can have multiple steps.

It's much easier if I can check off  submitted that I sent to designer, completed that I goit it back, and Approved that it's final version and ready to go to the printre
