How do I import all available records from the Citywide Immunization Registry (CIR) for all current students?

To import all students records do the following.

1. Go to the report screen. Go to The Additional Info tab.

2. Go to the Medical Shots tab.

3. Enter the current period in the drop down.

4. Click on Download CIR button.

5. It will go through all students and enter the medical records for them. To stop the download click on this box.
