Quickbooks (QB) Online or other options

Question

Now that Quickbooks killed features on the desktop program that i need. Here is a question for both support and other admins to answer.

1) is JLS compatible with the new online / app of QB?

2) what other software is compatible with JLS that can be used just for bank reconciliation.

We are working on adding QB online. I estimate it will be available for testing in the 2-3 months.
