Can you add an option to select only phones that do not have SMS? Right now, the default is only to send messages to phones with SMS, with an option to include those that do not get SMS. 
But when I want to send out a robocall only to those who don't have SMS (the rest will get a text), there's no way to choose 'only SMS' unless a complicated query is done. Adding a "No SMS only' check box would be extremely beneficial.
(There were others who asked about this before as shown below, but one of them seems to have 'answered' the question by mistake instead of commenting about it)
