Checking off Not Active by Mistake

Question

I find that it's too easy to check off Not Active, Admin Only, ignore, and it gets checked off by mistake sometimes. Can you have a pop up come up and ask "are you sure" when someone clicks on it?

Added. Will confirm all the check box changes. It will also add to history the change so you can keep track who changed it.

Not active does give you a message.

is it possible to add that to Admin Only as well? - I found a few people who weren't coming up by mail merge until I realized they were Admin only by mistake.
