Can you please add the option under auto contract to be able to select multiple locations instead of having to redo each location multiple times again.

Why cant you select multiple locations at once?

Please call in to support. The screen itself has a location selection.

When we create a contract, the system looks how many children enrolled in the family and what Type/Value the family has.

So we have to do redo the same line several times, for each Children location (number of children; type\value; location), because high school location has a separate price.

Now we have over 500 lines there one for each location even though most of them are the same price.

When you select multiple locations it will create the lines for the locations at once.

It does work. It creates separate lines for each location selected.

My issue is that before the location split, I already had multiple records in the auto contract because I have different prices based on the children's types and the number of students in the family.

Now, it would be very helpful to have the option to enter locations in the location field, such as ‘High School’,’Elementary’,’Preschool This way, I wouldn't need to create a separate record for each location for every rule.

So, my question is not about it not working per location. Instead, I want to avoid creating multiple records for each location. Ideally, it should keep one record and allow me to include my selected locations in one field.

No such option. It needs a separate line per location. The location selection only makes it easier for you as it enters all the lines for you.
