Keep sort after clicking edit in the To Do Task List

Question

When I sort the to do list (I want it to be in alphabetical order) then I click on edit of a task.

When I go back to the list tab, the list in not in that order anymore.

Can you have it stay in the order I make it?

Also I would like if you would have an option how I can always sort that screen, I usually go down the screen in order of names, I don't know how its sorted now.

You can lock the screen by clicking the Lock Screen.

With this option checked, the screen will not refresh even after you make changes, so it will keep your sort.

Added in version after 8/25/24.

After sorting the grid the way you want, choose the menu "Set Default Sort".
