email statements not sending attachments

Hi;

 

looks like when mass emailing statements, nothing gets attached. when sending ftom individual account it works fine.

 

Kindly advise.

It gets attached while sent. It cannot be previewed.

Are you doing it on a remote desktop session or on a local machine. It will not work in most cases on a remote desktop session.

i had this issue during the day locally and now testing remotly. this has always worked remotly for us in the past and individual accounts it works. it's only from reports that it doesnt work even when using the filter to only one account.

 

it does create the pdf file in the background.
