Is there a way to SEARCH NOTES that you can enter in the column next to payments in Tuition?

For instance I got a check from a 3rd party like OORAH (or anyone else) to pay someone’s tuition,

I would enter the payment amount and next to it in notes column I would write OORAH

But from time to time I would like to see how much tuition oorah sponsored I would search by

The note OORAH (I know fundraising has it But it doesn’t bring up tuitions accounts).
