Create charges in Apply Payments screen

Question

When I enter a payment, can there be an option to create a new charge on the Apply Payments screen for which to apply the payment? Instead of having to first create the charge and then apply the payment.

Can we have it added to regular JL? We do not have fundraising as we are a camp.

in fundraising it would make sense since it's common to get unsolicited donations,

but in tuition parents pay tuition obligations that were already generated though contracts, if contracts are setup properly you should not have a need for it.

For us it would be helpful for when parents pay a small amount for Misc (ex. a trip)

As there is no campaigns, the charge will not have any info what it is. So currently we would not add such a thing.
