How do I clear a mail merge? Every time I want to clear a mail merge I have to close tuition.

I did a mail merge let say, and then I want to make different report, so I don't want only the kids on the mail merge should be included on the report. so how do I clear the whole mail merge?

What report are you making? Do you mean to clear a query that you entered. If yes there is a clear button on the top right. I think you should call in as the terms used are not clear to us.
