Mass send attachments to parents

Question

Can you please add an option to mass email attachments to parents.

We scanned in all of our documents as PDFs and we would like to email the parents their copy.

We need this for the parents attachments and the student attachments.

The report option only supports picture files.

Any more details? What type of document? Why was it scanned? Why do the parents need a copy?

The documents are Financial Aid Award letters which we are legally required to send to the parents when their son receives financial aid. These documents were scanned because we don't generate them. The financial aid office sends them to us.

Is this for college. Our system does generate financial aid letters too. Do you have the college module?

We are not going to be generating the award letters from the JL system. We get them from the financial aid office.

Can the attachments report please support PDFs?
