Set it to True and it will not beep.

To add the setting go to the administration screen and choose from the options menu, Admin > Add Setting.

The setting name is EMailSpellNoBeep, and the setting is not per user. Enter True in the popup.

It beeps because it checks the spelling and it does not know the spelling of hebrew words.
