Option to mark accounts Divorced

Question

We need an option to mark an account divorced on the General Info page.

This is important so that we don't end up with messy situations.

It would also be very helpful for when printing statements that it would only say one parent's name.

How do you handle divorced accounts?

 

in most typical scenarios you would split the account by creating another account and moving over the husbands info to the new account,

and link the children to the father using Code2

so like that you'd have the husband and wife's info separated and both linked to the child.

 

if you have a sensitive situation and you want users to be aware of it when going into a specific account you can use Popup Note which will show every time you load the acount and be dismissed when clicked outside of it.
