Please make this field should also be auto capitalized the first letter of each word

Occupations do not come capitalized because it is a common noun describing a profession and is not part of a proper name.

Most of the times we enter the company name where employed

Company name usually goes by business address.

I'm trying to put IT as an occupation and the T is automatically changing to lowercase (It). Can this be bypassed?
