Is there a way to add a processing fee when refunding a credit card?

We would like to charge the parents the processing fee that we pay when refunding their credit card. Any way to do that?

Sure. Just do a partial refund.

I'll just try to explain the answer, instead of clicking refund you can charge a negative amount.

so for example if your CC fee is 3 percent and you want to refund 750 you can type in by amount -750*.97  it will convert it to the amount less three percent which is ($727.50) and click charge
