We print the formatted actual journal pages for proof reading. we don't do it on the screen. Is it possible to have the reference number on that word page but it should be outside the printing?area. ?

okay so this is for porof ready, but it's not on the Actual final page with the border. I forgot to mention that I need it on the final Actual page because I print the entire journal and layout the phisical pages in a certain order we need it to be. At that point once we got it in the right order, we then will enter the page numbers in the system and will work with the reference number printed on the very bottom or top of the page. That reference number will print on the page but outside of the journal prining area.

I'm also noticing that the way its now set up, the reference number often time is on a seperate page from the ad, and it gets very confusing . I would attach a sample if it would be possible.
