Emailing a merged word document from an individual account.

Currently we can email only a report not a merged word document, please update.

Please write more details. How are you individual merging. What do you want should happen.

Word does have a Save and Send option.

I'm merging by Reports > Mail Merge then I set it up by Administration > Print Family Menu ... by  ValueText2 i type Email. it doesn't open the email, i would like to send a PDF of the word document.
