Account with many payments loads slowly and putting in payments very slow.

Question

We have some accounts with a lot of payments (particularly #1443) that takes a very long time to load and each new payment can take over a minute before the apply screen come up.

Can you speed this up somehow?

In order to debug the issue, please download the latest version of today and choose Disable Running Column in the options menu and check if it loads faster.

 

Why do you have an account that has 5000 payments. Is a single person giving a dollar a day?

I installed the new version. It seems to load the problem account much faster regardless of the state of the "Diable Running Column" option.

I tested multiple times first without and then with the option selected. I recorded how long it took to switch to the problem account and how long it too to display the apply charges dialog after adding a payment.

The average difference is only a few tenths of a second.

Now is not a good time to check. The speed issue is a network issue, and only when the network is overloaded you get this slowdown. Am assuming that today (July 4th) your office is mostly empty. Check again tomorrow, or whenever office opens again.
