Test Mass Grade Entry

Question

Please add an option in courses/setup/create tests to allow a default grade to be entered when the test is created. This would help us with courses like Phys Ed that are mostly "P."

There are certain classes we're all, or almost all, students get the same grade. This would be a very quick way of taking care of that.
