Delete mass accounts from phonebook

I have a list of people that paid and a list of those who did not pay yet. The lists have updated so I want to delete all names at once so I can bring in the updated list. I don't want to delete the phonebook because I want to stay with the same phonebook ID. The one that sends the message uses the phone system, so he knows the ID. How can I delete all people without having to select each one separately?

On the website there is the option to select multiple and delete. Or you can select all and delete. Just leave one number so the phone book should stay. And then add who you want back.
