How do I add an option to be able to set each grid if the user should be able to edit it?

Go To the admin screen.

Click on the the Options menu. Choose the Admin sub menu. Click on "Add All Grids to User Rights".

Now all the grids from the Family screen and Admin screen will be by the user rights. User will be able to edit records only on the grids that are checked.

 

Tuition only from a version later than 1/05/14.

Fundraising only from a version later than 1/08/14.

Were is the option Menu I didn't get it? You mean by adminstration by admin?

Administration > Options [Menu] > Additional options > Add All Grids to User Rights
