Mail Merge- Ignore and Not Active

Question

Hello, 

Could you set up the mail merge so that any record meeting the following criteria is excluded:

• Both accounts are marked as “Ignore,” 

• The Father is marked as “Ignore” and the Mother field is blank, 

• The Mother is marked as “Ignore” and the Father field is blank.

Why don't you just mark the account not active.
