Can the denied credit cards on main screen indicate how many are new, not previously viewed in admin screen?

When done with the denied you need to take care of it and mark it ignore or recharge. That is when it gets removed from the list.

Not every denied transaction gets resolved (either ignored or recharged) the first time I see it.. It would still be helpful to easily see if there are new denied transactions.

You can use the date filters to narrow down your results to the last few days. Having JL add an additional checkbox when it is viewed the first time, will increase the overall burden on school staff for no good reason, and having a flag added automatically will depend on to many variables, that it wont work out.
