Currently, are 2 User fields: User and User Entered. Both have the same user name - whoever originally put in the note. The same goes for the date. There is a Date-Time field and a Date Entered field. Both have the same date - the date the note was entered.
Currently, if a note is changed, all these fields do not change. So if the note was entered by one user in February and updated by a different user in August, both User fields show the original user and both Date fields show the original date. The only way to see that it was changed was to go into the history. This causes a lot of mistakes and confusion, and the only way to avoid this is to delete the note and put in a new one (which also erases the history).
Would it be possible for you to make that the User and Date-Time fields update whenever a new user changes the note? The User Entered and Date Entered fields should continue to show the original user and date.
