when printing the full batch of contracts; is there any way to speed up the process of viewing it and then printing?

now it's been taking very long from after we do the query until we have the report created and onto our screen for viewing. anything to be done to slash this timing a bit?

How many pages does it create? How often do you run it? How many minutes does it take?  Most of the time its usually depends on the amount of ram in the computer running the report, but lets get the detsils first.

well it varies. each contract batch is 3 pages. so depending on how many families we're doing... that gets multiplied by 3. i never clocked it. how long shall it be taking

A single contract should take 1-2 seconds, a batch 2-3 minutes is normal, especially if you have multiple pages and its pulling info from a few places.

If it takes time while the pages itself is running (after the data has already been collected) that part depends only on how fast the local machine is and how much ram it has.
