Unable to use the select option by the voice calls

Question

I am trying to send out to my staff a phone call and I want to skip some, I tried making a query or using the staff button on the bottom, but the select button does not work.

 

Can you please make it work?

Correct its not clickable and cannot be changed. But you can right click on the grid and export it to excel and delete the people you do not want to send. And then just copy and paste the complete column of phone number in the the text box on the bottom right and send like this.
