Please implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for student flags, additional info, and attachments in Tuition, restricting view and query rights to specific user groups.

We have information we wish to store (such a Geyrus records) that is highly sensitive and should not be available to all users.

Adding this feature would ensure only those with a need to know can access the information.
