If a student leaves in the middle of the day I must copy each line separately.

Question

Hi,   I would need to be able to press ALL in the middle of the day instead of having to copy each line separately. Now only the first ALL from first period works. If a student leaves in the middle of the day I must copy each line separately.

It’s very tedious.

I would appreciate a response.
