CC on file indicates that the Card has already expired.

CC transactions red indicated declined transactions.

are you referring to on file or transactions?

what does the status and captured columns say on the record which is red and you believe is not declined?

on file I added a new cc I even made a succesful transaction, now I want to update the schedule line to the new card, and the new card is not in the dropdown because its red.
