Is there a way to add more info (code or phone desc) to the SMS portal?
If I need to see which accounts are erroring out, or which numbers per account are not working, I currently have to export the campaign to excel, filter by error or whatever it is, query, and go through the whole list and manually check the correspondence tabs per account. Its very time consuming.
Also, can the status of the campaign be added to correspondence tab/grid in the account?
