Option to save NYSIS Medical Form Or Main Page as PDF

Question

Can we have the Option to save the NYSIS Medical Form or the Main Page as a PDF, as we have for CIR?

Right now, if it saves as a JPEG, it only saves 1 page, whereas a PDF saves both pages.

Added Version after 12/31/2025. Uses same setting as CIR.
