Checking accounts

Question

When a checking account is inactive please don't allow for checks to be created from that account.

There is no way to delete a checking account that has been used in the past, therefore, the only way to go about deleting it, is to make it 'Not Active'. however, if that account is the top account, it will automatically create the check from that account even if it's not active. please fix that. what is the point to have it 'Not Active' if the system still creates checks out of it?

We moved Not Active accounts to the bottom and display the most recently entered accounts at the top.
Creating checks from a Not Active account is no longer allowed.
