We’ve added two new features to our SMS Portal:
• The ability to send MMS messages directly from the portal
• The ability to view your messages with a chat-style view to see individual message conversations
MMS messages are billed at the equivalent of 3 SMS credits. If you are sending a long SMS message that exceeds three segments, you will have the option to convert it to an MMS, which may be more cost-effective.
We are also currently working on implementing MMS functionality directly within the main software, allowing MMS messages to be sent from there as well.
