In regards to our declined charges, we would like to send alerts as a text and as an email.

Being that some carriers disabled their email to text service, we have parents who can't get any alerts unless we send it to their email. We would like to have the option that alerts should be able to be sent out from multiple addresses so all parents can get their alerts as a text.

All major carriers have now discontinued Email-to-SMS services. Because of this, sending alerts from multiple email addresses will unfortunately not solve the issue, since the carriers themselves no longer accept email messages and convert them to texts.

The currently working options are either to send the alerts through our SMS service directly to the parents’ mobile numbers, or to send the alerts to their email addresses.

Therefore, if you want parents to reliably receive alerts as text messages, the recommended solution is to send them through our SMS service.
