Copy account to another Data Base

We have 2 Data Bases 1 For all year round and the other 1 for Camp, I wanna know if there is any way that i can copy a account from 1 Data Base to the other ?

No there isn't. Thats one of the reasons it does not make sense to run separate database for camp.
