Would it be possible to add a tab in Courses so that I can put in all information regarding a student's Assessments/Services?

Question

I would like to put assessment scores and information into a child's profile in Courses. The following is a list of some of the item's I would like to include:

IOWA Test Scores - ELA and Math

NY State Test Scores - ELA, Math, Science

Title I information

Title 3 Information , HLQ

Resource Room information - P3

Guidance

Speech

Related Services

Fountas and Pinnel Levels

It could be done in a similar way to the "Additional Information" tab in Accounts, but would be most convenient if it could be in Courses when in the "Child" tab on top. It should be a new tab on the bottom near classes, phone , etc. If I can be contacted to discuss possible drop down options I  would appreciate it.

Each info needs to go in the correct place. Grades need to be entered under grades. Classes under the correct class. and so on.

I would like assessments and services to be different from regular test and report card marks.  They serve a different purpose to our school.
