How is it possible to have payment showing as applied and not seeing it applied or linked to any charge ?

uselly you can see it on bottom left side of the screen to what charge the payment is linked

i see the payment applied (its not in bold) but not linked  to any charge

and the account should be paid , and now it shows a balance ?

Usually its because of an error in the system. You would need to manually enable the credit part and reapply it.

Is there any way to prevent this happening form the our side or JL side ?

Also is it possible we have more then 1 account affected by this error, and families are not reciving registration cards because their account shows a balance based on this error,

Is there a way for us to check it globally if there are additional affected accounts that have payments with this System error ?

Usually when it happens an error is displayed. There is a report that shows all payments.
