We have people that have rather large balances where they schedule a credit card payment of y for x amount of months and say something like "we'll see when this is done". Is there a way to set up an alert system that alerts when the final scheduled cc was charged but there is still a balance on the account, so that we would know to right away call the person and not lose time until realizing that his cards have stopped and when he is called his response is, you should've called after the final charge.
