Allow user rights to attendance in courses but not grades

Question

we have office staff that we would like to give access to taking attendance in the courses module but do not want them to have access to the grades. Can you add this security change?

Added. You need to do a Database Update for this and have everyone log off before updating.

The numbers in the first picture shows the place of the tab in the second picture.

Thanks for adding user rights to courses. 

Please note that each school using courses must reassign these new user rights to their users, otherwise they wont be able to access the information in courses.
