when attempting to add a deposit into quickbooks

This error is coming from quickbooks. So you would need to check in QB which income or other setting is too long. Or contact QB support for help.

we only have received this error 3 times. we dont see anything different here than in other transactions. im on with their support for an hour and not getting anywhere.

3 times in how long? If its 3 times in the year, and Intuit is not helping it might be easiest to just enter these 3 deposits in QB.

i actually figured it out. i abbreviated the company name and then it worked. bh we just dont get a handle and it happens out of the blue

actually happening again same info from one day or one deposit to the next. and one goes through and one has issues. pls help we are using this integration on many levels and users feel quite frustrated when this happens.

You can try calling them again. Like we already wrote in the previous comments, there is nothing on our end that we can do about a QB error.
