It has come to our attention that the gov noticed their mistake that in the past they included child health plus students as if they're Medicaid eligible.
They caught on to it and are asking to include a new direct cert with the September claim. Therefore many schools find that the new download matches much fewer accounts then in the past, or that the Health Plus students are not matched when they where matched in the last few years. If you did the direct cert for September, you would need to re download the csv file and delete all matched, then rerun the Direct Match.
