Is it possible to see dates by notes?

Question

We can see by notes how many days are from when we entered the note, but is it possible to see the date we entered it?

Sometimes when we enter a date we select a date from a few weeks ago we want to be able to see the actual date is was entered.

Make the row a little bigger. The date is displayed on the second row.

I want to see the date entered not the date and time. I called in to customer service and they told me that I can't see notes that were entered a a long time ago because it is a new thing that the date entered is saved by the notes.
