I.e. If a child needs 2 Polio and he is getting now a shot it will be valid for 2 doses and If there is an old Temp Medical that's expired, it will still show that's missing a shot. Please update.

Done. Will not count a temp medical exemption as moving the shot interval.

Currently if there is a Temp Medical, it makes the new shot invalid Please fix.
