IP addresses JL Uses - Date append request

I don't want to add this comment to the main "IP Addresses" thread so as not to throw off any users looking up which IP addresses need to be whitelisted.

For the benefit of IT Staff, can you append a date to every IP address so that IT should be able to see at a glance if anything was added recently.

for instance:

38.117.214.63 - June 20??

www.canadapost.ca - May 20??

Etc.

We just added the Library Links yesterday. Will in the future enter date on new updates.
