the same way you can track the mailing tab to a particular campaign

he would like the track notes as well to a particular campaign

my question was by the tab notes is an option add to notes what give the way for me to save a quick comment ,(like call me back next week  don't have will come to diner etc )   the same option I want to add by campaigns > mailing
