When processing a credit card in "Main, tuition" a pop up comes up asking if I would like a receipt.

This does not happen in fundraising.  Can you please remove it from Main-tuition as well.

It happens in both places. Just in fundraising you didn't enter a campaign when charging so its not creating a payment.
