Hide Old Notes In The Note Screen

Question

We have many notes, and a lot of them are not relevant any more, but we would like to still keep them, can you please add a option to hide notes that are past the end date ?

Done. This will hide any note that the "Date To" column has already past.

maybe a checkbox "Complete" would be an idea, because not always i know before the end date, but in someday i wanna mark it as complete

Complete is more like a To Do item, that has complete. These are notes on the account. It always shows the newest on top. So this is only needed for people using the From to on the note.

when i'm making a note on a account that he said he will pay tuition with checks and don't charge card etc.

i don't have an End date for this, but i may want to hide it after a month...
